As I was walking one morning in downtown Cincinnati, I spied the moon, peeking around the corner of Macy's Cincinnati headquarter building. The moon provides a simple, minimalist interruption to the balance between the morning's deep blue sky, and the white and black pattern of the building's design.
About Rob Amend
I took up photography during a family trip to Colorado. I had purchased a camera for the family to use on trips and I had an afternoon to kill, so I grabbed the camera and discovered a new passion. At first, I focused on nature and cityscape photography, though lately, I've settled on urban architecture. I like the lines and forms of the city, and exploring my hometown of Cincinnati is always an adventure.
