This Beaux-Arts building is located in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine district across from Washington Park. It was designed by the firm of Samuel Hannaford and Sons and was intended as a memorial to all branches of the U.S. armed services.
I took up photography during a family trip to Colorado. I had purchased a camera for the family to use on trips and I had an afternoon to kill, so I grabbed the camera and discovered a new passion. At first, I focused on nature and cityscape photography, though lately, I've settled on urban architecture. I like the lines and forms of the city, and exploring my hometown of Cincinnati is always an adventure.
