The Times-Star Building, constructed in Cincinnati in 1931, is an Art Deco building constructed for the now defunct Times-Star newspaper. The building was designed by the local architectural firm, Hannaford & Sons, which was responsible for many of the high profile architectural gems in Cincinnati.
I took up photography during a family trip to Colorado. I had purchased a camera for the family to use on trips and I had an afternoon to kill, so I grabbed the camera and discovered a new passion. At first, I focused on nature and cityscape photography, though lately, I've settled on urban architecture. I like the lines and forms of the city, and exploring my hometown of Cincinnati is always an adventure.
